Opens Telegram → adds the NovaELD bot → confirms they belong to your fleet → done. From then on, dispatch messages route through Telegram first, fall back to SMS if the driver hasn't opened the app in 60 seconds.

No app install needed

Drivers already have Telegram. Skip the NovaELD-app download for non-driving staff (maintenance, dispatchers).

Carrier-scoped

The QR code includes your carrier ID. Drivers can't accidentally join another carrier's chat.

Carriers can also opt out — go to Settings and disable the Telegram channel. Dispatch then routes everything via Push → SMS instead.
